Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked Quinoa
  • 1 cup cooked Dal (Masoor or Moong)
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced
  • A handful of Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, place the warm cooked quinoa as a base.
  2. Top with a generous serving of your favorite cooked dal.
  3. Arrange fresh spinach, sliced avocado, and cherry tomatoes on the side.
  4. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and serve as a wholesome meal.
