Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Quinoa
- 1 cup cooked Dal (Masoor or Moong)
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- A handful of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a bowl, place the warm cooked quinoa as a base.
- Top with a generous serving of your favorite cooked dal.
- Arrange fresh spinach, sliced avocado, and cherry tomatoes on the side.
- Drizzle with a little lemon juice and serve as a wholesome meal.
