Return Policy

At Ram Kishan, we stand by the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our food products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.

Returns are accepted only if the product packet is unopened, the seal is intact, and the product is found to be spoiled or damaged upon arrival.

If your order meets these criteria, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order at ramkishanagrofoods@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged/spoiled product.
  2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or issue a refund/replacement.
  3. Please note that returns will not be accepted for opened packets or for issues not related to product quality (e.g., you disliked the taste).
