Shipping & returns

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days at our Delhi facility. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We stand by the quality of every packet. Because these are food products, returns are accepted under specific conditions: the packet is unopened, the seal is intact, and the product arrived spoiled or damaged.

1. Write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the packet.
2. Our team reviews the request and, if approved, arranges a pickup.
3. You choose a replacement or a full refund.

Returns can’t be accepted for opened packets or for reasons unrelated to product quality. Thank you for understanding — it keeps the food chain safe for everyone.
