Sprouted Moong Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sprouted Moong Sabut
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Cucumber, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Lightly steam the sprouted moong for just 2-3 minutes to soften them slightly. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the sprouts with the chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber.
- Add lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt. Toss everything together well and serve immediately for maximum crunch.
