Sprouted Moong Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sprouted Moong Sabut
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Lightly steam the sprouted moong for just 2-3 minutes to soften them slightly. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sprouts with the chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber.
  3. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt. Toss everything together well and serve immediately for maximum crunch.
