Ingredients
- 1 cup Toor Dal
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (drumstick, carrots, pumpkin)
- 2 tbsp Sambar Powder
- 1 small piece Tamarind
- 1 tbsp Jaggery
- For Tempering: Oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves
Method

Pressure cook Toor Dal. Cook vegetables separately.

Soak tamarind in warm water and extract the juice. Add tamarind juice, sambar powder, and jaggery to the cooked vegetables.

Add the mashed dal and simmer. Prepare tempering with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves and pour over the sambar.
