Moong Dal Namkeen
A classic crunchy, salty, and addictive dry snack perfect for tea time.

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dhuli
- Oil for deep frying
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak moong dhuli for at least 4 hours. Drain completely and pat dry on a cloth for 30 minutes.
- Deep fry the dal in hot oil on a medium flame until it becomes crisp and lightly golden.
- Drain the excess oil on a paper towel. While it's still warm, sprinkle with salt and chaat masala and toss well.
- Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
