Moong Dal Cheela (Oil-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong Dhuli, soaked
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 cup grated Carrots
  • 1 Green Chili
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind the soaked moong dal with green chili into a smooth batter.
  2. Mix in the chopped spinach, grated carrots, and salt.
  3. Heat a high-quality non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a circle.
  4. Cook on medium heat, flipping once, until both sides are cooked and have light brown spots. No oil is needed if the pan is good.
