Moong Dal Cheela (Oil-Free)
Savory lentil pancakes with veggies, cooked without any oil on a good non-stick pan.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dhuli, soaked
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Spinach
- 1/4 cup grated Carrots
- 1 Green Chili
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grind the soaked moong dal with green chili into a smooth batter.
- Mix in the chopped spinach, grated carrots, and salt.
- Heat a high-quality non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a circle.
- Cook on medium heat, flipping once, until both sides are cooked and have light brown spots. No oil is needed if the pan is good.
