Moong Dal Chaat

A healthy and tangy chaat made with boiled moong dal, onions, lemon, and sev.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled Yellow Moong Dal
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chili, chopped
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Nylon Sev for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take the boiled moong dal.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala and salt. Squeeze lemon juice over it.
  4. Toss everything well and garnish generously with sev before serving.
