Moong Dal Chaat
A healthy and tangy chaat made with boiled moong dal, onions, lemon, and sev.

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled Yellow Moong Dal
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Green Chili, chopped
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Nylon Sev for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, take the boiled moong dal.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and salt. Squeeze lemon juice over it.
- Toss everything well and garnish generously with sev before serving.
