Masoor Dal Cutlet
A crunchy outside, soft inside snack made from nutritious red lentils.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Masoor Dal, thick
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the thick, cooked masoor dal with grated carrot, ginger paste, and garam masala.
- Add breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. Form into cutlets.
- You can either shallow fry or deep fry these cutlets until they are golden brown and crisp.
