Masoor Dal Cutlet

A crunchy outside, soft inside snack made from nutritious red lentils.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked Masoor Dal, thick
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the thick, cooked masoor dal with grated carrot, ginger paste, and garam masala.
  2. Add breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. Form into cutlets.
  3. You can either shallow fry or deep fry these cutlets until they are golden brown and crisp.
