Lauki Chana Dal

Lauki Chana Dal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chana Dal, soaked
  • 2 cups Lauki (Bottle Gourd), cubed
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook soaked Chana Dal and lauki with turmeric and salt.
  2. In a pan, sauté onions, then add tomatoes and spices to make a masala.
  3. Add the cooked dal and lauki to the masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
