- 1 cup Chana Dal, soaked
- 2 cups Lauki (Bottle Gourd), cubed
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder

Pressure cook soaked Chana Dal and lauki with turmeric and salt.

In a pan, sauté onions, then add tomatoes and spices to make a masala.

Add the cooked dal and lauki to the masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
