Green Moong Curry (No Ghee)

A hearty and vegan curry made from whole green moong, rich in fiber and protein.

Green Moong Curry (No Ghee)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong Sabut, soaked
  • 1 Onion, pureed
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Spices: Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the soaked green moong until tender.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Sauté the onion puree until it turns brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add the cooked moong, spices, and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
