Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Sabut, soaked
- 1 Onion, pureed
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- Spices: Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander Powder
Method

Pressure cook the soaked green moong until tender.

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Sauté the onion puree until it turns brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.

Add the cooked moong, spices, and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
