Dal Tacos
A spicy and hearty masoor dal filling, perfect for a fun taco night.

Serves: 8 Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 cup Masoor Dal
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 8 Tortillas
- Toppings: Lettuce, Cheese, Salsa
Instructions
- Cook masoor dal with water until soft but not mushy. Drain any excess water.
- In a pan, sauté onions and tomatoes. Add taco seasoning and chili powder.
- Add the cooked dal and mash lightly. Cook for 5 minutes until the filling is thick.
- Warm the tortillas and fill them with the spicy dal mixture and your favorite toppings.
