Dal Samosa
A delicious twist on the classic, with a crispy pastry and chana dal stuffing.

Ingredients
- For stuffing: 1/2 cup cooked Chana Dal, mashed
- Spices: Cumin, Chili Powder
- For dough: 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Ajwain
Instructions
- Prepare samosa dough with flour, oil, ajwain, salt and water. Let it rest.
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing mashed chana dal with spices.
- Roll out the dough, cut, and form into cones. Fill with the dal mixture and seal.
- Deep fry the samosas on low-medium heat until golden brown.
