Dal Rice Bowls
A wholesome and layered meal bowl with dal, quinoa or rice, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Dal (your choice)
- 1 cup cooked Rice or Quinoa
- 1/2 cup chopped Cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- A squeeze of Lemon
- Yogurt for topping
Instructions
- Prepare your favorite dal, keeping it slightly thick.
- In a bowl, create a base of warm rice or quinoa.
- Pour the hot dal over the base.
- Top with fresh cucumber, onions, a squeeze of lemon, and a dollop of yogurt. Serve immediately.
