Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked Dal (your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked Rice or Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • A squeeze of Lemon
  • Yogurt for topping

Method

    Prepare your favorite dal, keeping it slightly thick.

    In a bowl, create a base of warm rice or quinoa.

    Pour the hot dal over the base.

    Top with fresh cucumber, onions, a squeeze of lemon, and a dollop of yogurt. Serve immediately.
