Dal Quesadilla
A quick and cheesy whole wheat wrap stuffed with a savory moong dal filling.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Yellow Moong Dal, thick
- 4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped Bell Peppers
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- Ghee or Butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked dal with bell peppers and cumin powder.
- Place a tortilla on a heated pan. Spread half of the dal mixture on one side and top with cheese.
- Fold the other half over and cook on both sides with a little ghee until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve with salsa or yogurt.
