Dal Pizza Base
Gluten-free pizza crust made from moong dal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dhuli, soaked
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Salt to taste
- Italian Herbs
- Pizza toppings of choice
Instructions
- Soak moong dal for 4 hours. Grind into a smooth, thick batter without much water.
- Add salt, baking soda, and herbs to the batter. Mix well.
- Grease a pan and pour the batter to form a thick base. Cook on low heat on both sides until crisp.
- Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake or cook in the pan until cheese melts.
