Dal Pancakes (Cheela)
Savory, protein-rich lentil pancakes filled with vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dhuli, soaked
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped Coriander
- 1 Green Chili, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Grind the soaked moong dal into a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, green chili, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading it into a thin circle.
- Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve with chutney.
