Dal Kachori

Ingredients
- For stuffing: 1/2 cup Moong Dal, soaked and ground
- Spices: Fennel, Coriander, Garam Masala
- For dough: 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Sauté the ground dal with spices until dry and fragrant to make the filling.
- Knead a semi-soft dough with flour, ghee, salt, and water.
- Make small balls of dough, stuff with the dal filling, and roll into small discs.
- Deep fry on low heat until golden, flaky, and crisp.
