Dal Kachori

Ingredients

  • For stuffing: 1/2 cup Moong Dal, soaked and ground
  • Spices: Fennel, Coriander, Garam Masala
  • For dough: 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground dal with spices until dry and fragrant to make the filling.
  2. Knead a semi-soft dough with flour, ghee, salt, and water.
  3. Make small balls of dough, stuff with the dal filling, and roll into small discs.
  4. Deep fry on low heat until golden, flaky, and crisp.
