Dal Dhokli
Gujarati-style wheat dumplings simmered in dal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Toor Dal
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
- Spices: Turmeric, Chili Powder
- 1 piece Jaggery
- 1 piece Kokum
Instructions
- Prepare a sweet and sour Toor Dal. Keep it thin.
- Knead a firm dough with wheat flour, ajwain, and spices. Roll thin and cut into diamond shapes (dhokli).
- Bring the dal to a boil and add the dhokli pieces. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the dhokli is cooked through.
