Dal Cutlets
Crispy, pan-fried patties made with cooked chana dal and spices.

Serves: 8 Cutlets
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chana Dal, soaked and boiled
- 2 Boiled Potatoes, mashed
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Coarsely grind the boiled chana dal.
- Mix the ground dal with mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and garam masala. Season with salt.
- Shape the mixture into flat, round cutlets. Coat them evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry the cutlets until they are crisp and golden on both sides.
