Dal Burger Patty
Healthy and flavorful moong or masoor dal patties for delicious homemade burgers.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Moong or Masoor Dal, mashed
- 1 boiled Potato, mashed
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mashed dal, mashed potato, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and all spices. Mix well to form a firm mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a little oil on a non-stick pan and shallow fry the patties on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot in burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite sauces.
