Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chana Dal
  • 1/4 cup Urad Dal
  • 1/4 cup Moong Dal
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green Chilies
  • Oil for frying

Method

    Soak all three dals for 4 hours. Grind to a coarse batter.

    Add chopped onions, coriander, and green chilies to the batter. Season with salt.

    Whisk the batter for 2-3 minutes to make it light and airy.

    Drop small portions of the batter into hot oil and fry until golden.
