Dal Bhajiya
Street-style fritters made from a mixed dal batter, airy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chana Dal
- 1/4 cup Urad Dal
- 1/4 cup Moong Dal
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Coriander leaves
- Green Chilies
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Soak all three dals for 4 hours. Grind to a coarse batter.
- Add chopped onions, coriander, and green chilies to the batter. Season with salt.
- Whisk the batter for 2-3 minutes to make it light and airy.
- Drop small portions of the batter into hot oil and fry until golden.
