Chana Dal Tikki
Crispy, shallow-fried snack patties made from chana dal, served with chutney.

Serves: 6 Tikkis
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chana Dal, soaked
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 Boiled Potato
- Coriander leaves
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
- Grind the soaked chana dal with ginger and green chilies to a coarse paste.
- Mix this paste with the mashed boiled potato and chopped coriander. Add salt.
- Shape the mixture into flat, round tikkis.
- Shallow fry on a pan with a little oil until both sides are golden and crisp.
